Student ID Cards

Student ID Cards are available in-person and through our online process! Visit us at the Office of Student Experience & Leadership (SC-185) or complete this online form to request a new or replacement student ID card. Students do not have to request a student ID card every semester.

Questions? Contact [email protected].

Eligibility

  • Students must be enrolled in the semester for which the ID card is requested.
  • Students must upload a photo ID authentication and a photo. Acceptable forms of ID can be found on Photo ID Requirements. Photos used for the ID card must meet photo ID requirements which can be found on the Student ID Request form.

In the interim, you may use the Enrollment Verification or Class Schedule features in your My Maricopa record for proof of enrollment for such places as banks and vendors. In addition, you will find many online vendors offering student discounts simply need you to order using an ".edu" email, so using your [email protected] account should suffice.

Student Health Insurance Information

While the Maricopa County Community College District does not offer health insurance plans to students, here are some resources to keep you up-to-date on healthcare options:

Student Accident Insurance Plan

The Student Accident Insurance Plan is provided without charge to all students of the Maricopa Community Colleges.

The following is a brief summary of our student insurance plans. The master policies contain complete details of the provisions, limitations, and exclusions and will prevail at all times.

Please note this is a secondary policy; if the student has insurance, it must be submitted to their insurance company first.

Education is expensive--and so are accidents. To protect students against the financial burden of medical expenses resulting from an accident, the Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) provides its students with Student Accident Insurance. Every MCCCD student is automatically insured and the cost for the insurance is covered in the student-activity fee.

  • Coverage applies only to College-related accidents.
  • Coverage applies to students registered in day or evening classes and who are enrolled in an approved credit or non-credit class at any of the Maricopa Community Colleges.
