SCC Sonder is a series of spoken word events that allows creative writers of all skill levels to gather and share original work focused on a central theme to form authentic connections that strengthen our community.
Live In-Person Open Mic at Artie Palooza!

Complimentary food and beverages will be provided for all open mic writer/reader volunteers.
Open mic slots are limited!
To submit your piece and reserve your 3-minute mic slot, email: Kimberly Sabin by 12 pm on Monday, March 9, 2026. Interested participants must email the piece they wish to read/perform. Those who have not submitted their work before the event will not be allowed to participate.
