  CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) UPDATE:   Campus is Closed. All in-person activities and events are postponed. In-person and hybrid courses have been moved online. Online/distance classes continue as scheduled. Students are encouraged to contact their instructors for any additional class information.

State Authorization

Colleges are required to meet State Authorization regulations in order to offer classes and degrees in various states. SCC meets the State Authorization requirements for the State of Arizona and is currently only enrolling students residing in Arizona.

Complaint Procedures

SCC is required to provide current and prospective distance learning students with the contact information for filing complaints. Refer to SCC’s student policies for more information on instructional grievance, non-instructional grievance and the student complaint process.

If a student has a complaint and has exhausted all available grievance procedures established by SCC, the student may file a written complaint with the Arizona State Board.
