ASL Interpreting & Cart Service Guidelines

• Please inform the DRS office at least 48 hours in advance if you will be absent from a class.
• If you notify DRS between 48 hours and 1 hour before the class, it will be considered a late notice.
• Missing a class without notifying the DRS office is considered a no-show.
• Three (3) late notices will be counted as one no-show.
• After three (3) no-shows, you will need to meet with DRS to discuss whether there needs to be a change in services. An automatic warning email will be sent, and you will need to schedule an appointment with the DRS Manager.

In order to provide appropriate services for the first day of class, interpreting/CART requests require at least two (2) weeks' notice in advance of the first day of class. Last-minute requests may not guarantee services.
