Scottsdale Community College’s Artichoke Spirit Week takes over the campus from Monday, October 20, until Friday, October 24. The entire week will be chock-full of fun events and imaginative ways for you and your friends to celebrate SCC and the best mascot in all of higher education — the one and only Artie the Artichoke!
Monday, October 20
Content Creation Day: Post your acts of kindness. Create videos, tag SCC, and post on social media. Visit TV screens to see content.
Give Back To SCC Day: Various times/Locations. Learn more and sign up.
Tuesday, October 21
Music Day: Dress up as your favorite musician or wear a t-shirt with their logo, face etc.
Artie Idol: 11:30 am - 1 pm SC Cafe | SCC’s signature annual event is back! Take the stage at the Open Mic Artie and showcase your singing and dancing talent. Don’t miss the spotlight – everyone’s invited.

Be Bold in Green & Gold: Show off your Artichoke spirit in SCC colors or gear.

College Day: Proudly wear gear from your alma mater or the university you hope to transfer to.
