Real Estate Broker: Prelicense
The Certificate of Completion (CCL) in Real Estate Broker: Prelicense program is designed to prepare students to meet the requirements to take the Arizona State Real Estate Broker’s Exam.

This program is not eligible for Title IV Federal Financial Aid.
Students must earn a grade of C or better in all courses within the program.
In order to obtain a Real Estate Broker’s license, students must meet the qualifications outlined in Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) 32-2124
- Describe the role and responsibilities of a real estate broker in a brokerage.
- Demonstrate knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
- Compare and contrast types of encumbrances and sources of financing.
- Identify various types of real estate interest, ownership, and legal descriptions.
- Recognize the legal aspects and required elements of different types of real estate contracts.
- Identify statutes and rules governing real estate broker activities.
- Select appropriate content to include in a broker policy and procedure manual.
- Describe the role of a broker in managing a brokerage to minimize risk.
