Community Advisory & Action Team

The Office of the President founded the Community Advisory & Action Team to provide bi-directional feedback and updates about how the college is meeting community needs. This 35-member group meets twice a semester and reviews various facets of college operations. Recent meetings have focused on HLC accreditation, internships for students, SCC strategic planning, exploring SCC’s occupational programs, student roundtables and feedback on various educational topics, and more.

Membership consists of Scottsdale-area public officials, business leaders, nonprofit and educational leaders, and Salt River Pima - Maricopa Indian Community leadership.
