Education

Our hands-on program will empower you with in-depth knowledge of human development, teaching and learning theories, instructional strategies, and effective classroom practices—in addition to real-world classroom experience.

Education courses are offered for students who plan to enter the teaching profession. These courses are designed for students who plan to transfer to a four-year university to complete a Bachelor's degree in education or wish to work as a paraprofessional in a classroom.

Students at any Maricopa Community College may need to complete courses at more than one of our colleges.
