Performance and Directing

Program Description

There is no substitute for preparation. From the stage to the soundstage, the Scottsdale School of Film and Theatre has the foundation for your professional or personal journey in acting and directing covered.

With classes taught by industry and artistic veterans in directing for the stage and screen, acting for the stage and camera, movement, motion capture, stage and film combat, voice and speech and numerous performance opportunities, a student can simply explore the world of performance and directing or prepare themselves for a career in the field with an Associate's Degree in Fine Arts.

Rigorous, yet inviting and inclusive, The Performance and Directing program at the Scottsdale School of Film and Theatre seeks to bring your individual artistic voice to the world.

Students at any Maricopa Community College may need to complete courses at more than one of our colleges.
