SCC Student Feedback Form

At SCC we want to provide services that work for students. If you have encountered difficulty regarding customer service in one of our Student Affairs departments, or have a concern you would like to share, please use this form to provide us with information and a dean or director will look into your concern. Please also let us know the resolution you are seeking.

If your concern/complaint relates to an instructional department, please contact the department directly. Please be specific in documenting your concerns; they will be treated discretely and confidentially.

Providing your contact information is optional, but ensures Student Affairs can respond back to you within three business days. Otherwise, please know that we will follow up with the appropriate department/office.
