Community Health

As the world continues to shrink and populations grow, community health is playing a critical role in improving public health outcomes and keeping communities safe by conducting scientific research, educating people about health risks, vaccinating children, and working on safety standards. Our program will prepare you to join the public health workforce in a variety of settings, including clinics, hospitals, insurance companies, and nonprofit agencies.

Students at any Maricopa Community College may need to complete courses at more than one of our colleges.

Associate in Arts, Emphasis in Community Health
