Dual Enrollment

Scottsdale Community College offers students the opportunity to be a college student while in high school with Dual Enrollment. Agreements have been established with Scottsdale Unified School District high schools, and other local high schools in the Greater Phoenix area. Courses are offered in both academic and occupational areas and are taught by college-approved high school teachers. Most importantly, Dual Enrollment students save time and money by earning both high school and college credits simultaneously at an affordable rate. In addition, high schools provide students with the required textbooks, which means you are saving additional money.

Our program invites all high school juniors and seniors, and in some instances, selected freshmen and sophomores to take advantage of this great opportunity. For eligibility requirements, please contact our Dual Enrollment Team.

Thank you for your interest in Dual Enrollment with Scottsdale Community College. The Fall Dual Enrollment Deadline passed on September 15th. Enrollment submissions are being processed manually and can take up to 10 business days to complete. Once complete, students will be able to see their dual enrollment classes on their My.maricopa.edu student portal. After courses show up on the account, tuition can be paid. Spring enrollment will begin in late fall early spring.

If you have questions about this process or concerns, please contact our office, we will return voicemails as soon as possible at (480) 423-6450.
