We are still accepting student requests for membership and are offering virtual food assistance to currently enrolled students.
Virtual food assistance may be a food box delivery or gift cards, while supplies last. Please check with The Center for Civic & Global Engagement for available resources. To become a FIT Market Member, please complete the FIT Market Membership Form.
Students must be enrolled in the semester for which membership is requested.

Are you frequently hungry with no money to buy food? Food insecurity can be defined as a lack of consistent access to enough food for an active, healthy lifestyle.
This can lead to poorer general health and higher levels of depression, anxiety, distress, anger and loneliness. In addition, it can negatively impact student performance in school.
Artie’s FIT Market was established to help hungry SCC students create greater food security, better health, and support them in their academic pursuits.
