SCC’s Certificate in Real Estate: Prelicense specifically prepares students to qualify to take the Arizona Real Estate Licensing exam. The program – which consists of three courses (REA179, REA180, and REA290AH) - meets all the state requirements for prelicense training. Students who complete the program and pass the state licensing exam may buy or sell real estate.

Other Degree Options

 

While the certificate does not transfer to university programs, REA179 and REA180 count in the Business Transfer degree and will transfer to all Arizona state universities.
