Leadership and management skills are necessary to the success of organizations. The skills learned for organizational management may be transferable to any industry, including for-profit business, governmental organizations, and non-profit organizations. This program allows students with studies in areas outside of business to gain knowledge and skills in organizational management and leadership.

This program does NOT transfer into a business degree program at a university. To pursue a bachelor’s degree in business, please follow the Business University Transfer(ABUS) program.
