Group Visit Request

Thank you for expressing interest in scheduling a group visit to Scottsdale Community College! The Outreach & Recruitment Office is excited to work with you to host your group on our beautiful campus. It is our goal to plan an informative visit so that you and your students can see all that Scottsdale Community College has to offer.

Please submit your Group Visit request at least 2 weeks before your preferred visit date.

During your visit, your group will meet several individuals and offices who are giving their time to assist in making your group visit worthwhile. To ensure that you and your students have a great visit, please read the following expectations we have of our visitors.

Please check each checkbox when you have fully read and acknowledge the following policies:

1) I understand that 24 hours' notice of a cancelled group visit is expected. It is important that we can notify the staff and offices working on your visit of such a cancellation.

2) I understand that if my group will not arrive on campus at the confirmed visit time or is running late, I will contact the Welcome Center at (480) 423-6700.

3) I understand that if, for whatever reason, we are not able to arrive at the scheduled time, our visit will be abbreviated as needed to allow SCC students and staff working with the group to manage other commitments.

4) I understand that it is expected I will have an appropriate number of chaperones for the number of students that I will be bringing to campus. One chaperone for every twelve students is recommended.

5) I understand it is expected that the chaperones will speak to the students before arriving on campus to cover the appropriate behavior while visiting campus.

6) I understand that it is expected that the chaperones will address any inappropriate behavior by the students immediately.

7) I understand it is expected that the students will turn off their cell phones and any music on the visit.

8) I understand it is expected that the students will listen and be respectful of their SCC Campus Tour Guide, SCC offices and the SCC community.
