Eric
During my LeaderShape experience, I was continually placed in situations with my peers, situations that compelled me to question deeply what values I esteem, why they are important to me, and how I can consistently act on them to create a better world for all people. I was challenged to thing big and to always stretch my vision in such a way as to be inclusive of all people, all cultures, all economic classes, all religious traditions and all walks of life. In the course of this challenging week, I met others like myself who desired to develop not only themselves but also taught me the value and importance of relations to leadership. As such, I recommend this opportunity, without reservation, to students who wish to make the most of their educational experience and leadership potential --and, especially those who sincerely want to make a difference.
