REFUNDS: To be eligible, under SCC Policy, for a 100% refund for a non-credit class, the participant must notify the Senior Adult Educational Program office prior to the start date of the first class. Without notification, there can be no refund; not attending class does not constitute notification. Please see SCC Policy (AR 2.2.10)
