Not sure where to start in creating your syllabus?

SCC provides a template (in MS Word format) which will help get you going, and provide you with some examples of standard language you may want to include.

After you click on this template, click on File >> Save As, and save it to your computer. You can then customize it for your course. For your reference, click here for the SCC Code of Civility required text.

Also, if you want students to be able to click on the links in the syllabus, save the syllabus as a word document (instead of a PDF document) and post the word doc to your Blackboard course web site.
