    These instructions will take you, step by step, through the process of how to add this feature to your courses. If you prefer to cut and paste the address into your browser's address bar, here is the URL:

  • Students need an email account of some kind to use this service. Yahoo or Hotmail, or other web-based e-mail is sufficient.
  • Remember, after you set up your class, you will receive a class enrollment ID, which you need to give to your students for them to access the site.
  • If you plan to use revisions on any paper during the semester, you need to set the draft function within turnitin.com. Otherwise, if your students' papers are redone, it will look as if they are all plagiarized.
