Primary Course "Flavors" at SCC |

Face2Face These courses are held in the traditional classroom setting with face-to-face instruction.

Internet-Supplemented or Web-Enhanced These courses are held in a classroom setting with face-to-face instruction, but some supplemental materials (i.e. syllabi, assignments, handouts, etc.) are available on the Internet. |

Hybrid* These courses blend face-to-face instruction with Internet instruction and activities, often resulting in a reduced number of classroom meetings. Some basic computer skills are needed, as is regular Internet access.

 |
Online* These courses will not have classroom meetings, and are designed for highly motivated, self-disciplined, technology-literate students. Course instruction, activities, and assignments are communicated and submitted online. Most contact with the instructor will be through email. Exams may require onsite attendance.
