SCC’s Film School Alumni Make Waves in Film/Television Industry

SCC’s Sports Performance Coordinator -- Ethan Banning -- Named Arizona State Director for the National Strength and Conditioning Association


Scottsdale, AZ (September 2, 2008) – Scottsdale Community College’s Sports Performance Coordinator, Ethan Banning, was recently named the Arizona State Director for the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) at the National Conference held in Las Vegas.  He stepped into his new role on July 7, 2008.  For full story, click here:  Ethan Banning named Director for NSCA.

 


SCC's Drawing Exhibition:  "Not Just Another Drawing Show!"

Scottsdale Community College Theatre Arts Graduate – Pasha Yamotahari ––Awarded Internship at Famed Eugene O’Neill Theater Center

 

Scottsdale, AZ (August 12, 2008) – The John F. Maricopa Community Colleges Among Nation's Top Degree Producers

Yoga Teacher Training Takes Center Stage at Scottsdale Community College

Mayoral and City Official Candidate Forum hosted by Scottsdale Community College

Scottsdale, AZ (July 17, 2008) –  Scottsdale Community College is proud to host the City of Scottsdale Mayoral and City Official Candidate Forum on Wednesday, August 13, 2008 at 6:30 PM in the Student Center Peridot Room. SCC Womens Track Team Excels On and Off the Field for 2008 Season!

 

Scottsdale, AZ (July 17, 2008) – The SCC Womens Track and Field Team had a fantastic 2008 season.  With an average GPA of 3.16, the Lady Artichokes earned the title of NJCAA All American Academic Team!  For full story, click here:  Womens Track Excels.

 


SCC Womens Tennis Team Earns High Academic and Athletic Honors for 2008 Season

 

Scottsdale, AZ (July 15, 2008) – The SCC Womens Tennis Team had a tremendous 2008 season, excelling both on and off the court.  After finishing as the Region I Runner-up team, the Lady Artichokes were named NJCAA All American Academic Team by earning a 3.41 GPA.  For full story, click here:  Womens Tennis Earns Honors. 

 



Get Ready for the Future!  Swiss SOLAR TAXI World Tour Coming to Scottsdale Community College on July 31! - EVENT CANCELED
