Based on a Franklin-Covey Workshop, Wildly Important Goals (or "WIG's") are specific goals an organization works to achieve. Steps to achieving a Wildly Important Goal :
Focus on the wildly important goal.
Create a compelling scoreboard.
Translate lofty goals into action.
Hold everyone accountable all of the time.
The Left shows Districts PSA WIG's for the 2007-2008 Year.
SCC Professional Staff Employees who attended the Summer Conference participated in the Franklin Covey workshop and were asked to develop 3 wildly important goals specific to the needs of thier campus. We came up with the following goals for SCC :
- Increase 360 Communication
- Increase PSA Meeting Participation (See Scoreboard below)
- Collaboration with Other Employee Groups
