If you plan to use Financial Aid, apply for it NOW!
Set up your Student ID, MEID and password at My.maricopa.edu. Select “New Student? Click Here.” Questions? Call the Help Desk at 1.888.994.4433
- Provide proof of identity
- Verify citizenship/lawful presence and residency
- Get admitted to Scottsdale Community College
- Activate your Maricopa email account Google.Maricopa.edu - 1.888.994.4433 for assistance

Take the Placement Test
Take the ACCUPLACER placement test (Approx. 2 1/2 hours).

Attend New Student Orientation, Seek Academic Advisement & Register for Classes
New college students: Attend a SOAR session (3 hours).
Students with prior college credit: Meet with an advisor & register for classes.

Pay Tuition and Fees
