downloadable
drawing blocks or utilities (lsp or arx) to help complete assigned
drawings.
These files are all free and come from various sources. More will be
added
during the semester.
Also, check out the External Links.
These
are good resources for additional information and trial / demo add-ons
to Autocad.
ADA restroom files (Files1)
- pequrnf - urinal front view

Utilities
(Files
2)
- ddoff.lsp
and dcl offset
an entity to another layer, color, etc of your choice.
- xtswitch.lsp
toggles
dimension extension lines on or off.
- dimnote.lsp
& dcl
allows you to add notes to a dimension.
- layerorder.arx
&
hlp send back or bring to the front hatching by layer. Much easier than
using display in Autocad and picking the individual entities. Works
only
with R14.
- dwgview.exe
is a small
program to preview drawings and bak's while in Windows explorer. Just
make
sure your drawings are zoomed extents for easy viewing by this neat
addition
to windows explorer.
- 1x1B drawing is required by
the
stud lsp rountine
- cmu.lsp, cmu8.lsp, and
cmu8bb.lsp work together
to build an 8" cmu wall section
- stud.lsp, stud .dcl, and
stud.slb build metal
or wood stud walls in section.
- aw.lsp - a curved leader (my
favorite) use
dim style to set arrowhead size.
- layers-14.zip a zipped
layer add-on
for r14.
- door.lsp breaks and cleans
up
wall & inserts
single or dbl. flush door. Download door.dwg along with lsp and put
into
support sub-dir.
- clg.lsp, dcl, lin, slb, and
clg.patterns is
a utility for creating a t-grid ceiling.
