What we do NOT provide:  
 
      We do NOT have LCD Projectors for general use.
 
       Our LCD Data/Video Projectors are primarily provided for use in either the Governing Board Room (Room 200) or the Employee Lounge (Room 133/134). If you wish to use an LCD projector for your meeting or conference presentation in any other room at the District Office, then you may either have to provide your own projector, or make equipment loan arrangements with one of the individual college media departments. 
         

         

      We do NOT provide Laptop or Desktop Computers.  

      You will have to provide your own laptop or desktop PC for PowerPoint® presentations or other demonstrations using an LCD projector, (yours or ours), or make arrangements to borrow from another department or college. 
          
              
      We do NOT loan Equipment for Out-of-Building Use. 
          
      We do not currently have enough in-house audio-visual equipment to be able to provide check-out for use outside of the building.  We may occasionally make an exception to this rule for use of a slide projector or overhead projector, but only with prior consultation... however, LCD Projectors, VCR's and all other video equipment are strictly confined to use only within the premises, except for specific AV Services projects and productions.
