Registration

1. Download an application form and reference form.
2. Submit completed application by February 29th to: Jen Sydow, SC-125, 480.423.6724 or Anne Mello, AP-235, 480.423.6599
3. Complete interview.
4. Once accepted, make program payments by the following deadlines:
    - Deposit ($2,000) due: Friday, March 21, 2008
    - Final Balance ($2,095) due: Friday, April 25, 2008
    ** If a student cancels after March 28, 2008, a refund is only available for the tuition cost, registration fee and course fee.
5. Attend the mandatory orientation sessions:
        - Saturday, April 26, 2008 (9:00am - 1:00pm) in SCC's Turquoise Room (SC-164)
        - Second orientation to be determined
