We’ll focus on advanced patterns and techniques in Foxtrot, Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, and Quickstep. We’ll also work on the Latin rhythms of Rumba, Cha Cha, Samba, Bolero, and Swing. BEGINNING GUITAR
Gerald Rulon-Maxwell Gerald Rulon-Maxwell, BA in Music Performance, has been teaching and playing professionally since 2004.

Designed for the absolute beginner, the emphasis of this guitar class will be on folk-style harmonic accompaniment, as well as note reading. Techniques will include finger style and flat-pick style. Class will stress efficient practice techniques along with proper sitting and hand positions. The basic fundamentals of the 12-bar blues form and blues improvisation will be included.

Gloria Hanson Gloria Hanson has taught music for pre-school through adult. Her students have won national awards and many have become professionals.

A special “speed-learning course” designed for beginners, introducing basic chord accompaniments. Learn music fundamentals, proper guitar technique, and various strum patterns.
