*FRPA law requires that a student register him/herself.
- By Mail: Send check or credit card information with completed registration form (available on our web site or inside back page of this Bulletin).
- By Fax: (480) 423-6147: with credit card payment. Form can be printed from this page.

- Cancellation Policy: Courses that have not reached the minimum enrollment 24-48 hours before their start date will be canceled. Every effort will be made to notify students of cancellations. The College reserves the right to cancel classes at any time.
- Cell Phone Courtesy: Campus policy requires that students silence or turn off cell phone in class.
- Holidays: Campus is closed July 4, Independence Day.
- Register Early: Avoid the disappointment of missing your class because it is filled before you enroll or because it was canceled when it didn’t reach the minimum enrollment.
- Refund Policy: Students must drop the class at least one full business day prior to the drop deadline to qualify for any eligible for a refund. Simply not attending does not qualify one for a refund
