Student Photography Exhibit at Scottsdale Community College – Nov 20 through Dec 17

World Affairs Council of Arizona to host China Town Hall at Scottsdale Community College December 8 ~ Town Hall to feature live interactive webinar followed by discussion with Sidney Rittenberg, internationally-known consultant on China ~
Scottsdale, AZ (November 17, 2009) – The World Affairs Council of Arizona (WACAZ) and Scottsdale Community College are proud to present the third annual China Town Hall: Local Connections, National Reflections on Tuesday, December 8 at 5:30pm in the Turquoise room at the SCC campus, 9000 E. Scottsdale Community College Hosts 2009 Empty Bowls Event to Benefit Scottsdale’s Vista del Camino Food Bank

AIDS Memorial Quilt Coming to Scottsdale Community College, November 16 – 20

Scottsdale Community College Celebrates the Opening of State-of-the-Art Natural Science Building

Scottsdale Community College Launches Strategic Planning Initiative – Public Participation Encouraged!

Scottsdale Community College Professor Shares the Way to Green Design in our Homes

Scottsdale, AZ (October 12, 2009) – On October 17, Marcia Gonzales, ASID, will discuss how to choose green interior products and finishes for our homes. Ms. Gonzales will show examples of different interior materials and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of various products for flooring, walls, furniture, and finishes. She will also discuss LEED, which stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design: What it is and why should consumers know how it impacts us?
