Final Grade Rosters - Preferences
In testing Bundle 14, it was discovered that when accessing the Faculty Grade Roster, the user (Faculty) must have their user preferences set in order for grades to appear in their drop down menus. In order to set user defaults in the Faculty Center, the user must:

Go to My Info drop down menu:

Select User Preferences (then click the >> arrow button),

Select your preferences and Save. Note: Only the Institution is required to view grades.
