1.       What is required for iTunes U?
You need a Mac or a PC with an Internet browser and iTunes.  You can download iTunes from the Apple web site at
http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/.

2.       How can I download content from iTunes U?
You can download all podcasts to an iPod or iTunes on a computer.  Whether you can download podcasts to other media players depends on the file format.

3.       Is there a charge to download content?
There is no charge to download any content from the SCC iTunes U site.

4.       Do I need to log into SCC iTunes U?
You do not need to log into SCC iTunes U site.  At this time, anyone with Internet access can download the content.

5.       Whom do I contact for assistance?

  • For help installing iTunes please go to the Apple site at http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/.
  • For technical assistance on SCC iTunes U call the IT Help Desk at 42(3-6274).
  • Questions regarding course content should be directed to the instructor.

6.       As a student, can I post content to iTunes U?
Only faculty and staff may post content to the SCC iTunes U site.  If this is part of an assignment, your instructor will post the content for you.
