What is HRMS? |
The Human Resources Managment System (HRMS) is the online application used to process employment transactions within the Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD). |

Self-Service |
Employees will be able to view personal, payroll, and benefits information electronically. |

Temporary Hire Process |
College Human Resources representatives will be able to process New Hire Packets for temporary hourly employees electronically. |
|
Request for Personnel Services |
College representatives will be able to process the appropriate document to hire temporary hourly and student employees electronically. |
|
e-Recruit |
Managers will be able to process the appropriate document to hire board-approved employees electronically. |
|
Special Services Contracts |
College representativew will be able to process the appropriate document to hire federal student workers electronically. |
|
Work-Study Contracts |
College representatives will be able to process the appropriate document to hire federal student workers electronically. |
|
Time and Labor |
Employees will be able to submit their absences (i.e. vacation and sick time) electonically. Employees who currently report their time with paper time cards will also be able to report their time electronically. All supervisors and managers will be able to approve or modify time reported by their employees electronically. |
