Life Goal:  In constant pursuit of a "balanced life", with family first.

Exercise Philosophy:
The  body was meant to move.  It functions better both physically and mentally with movement and exercise.  The human body can become extremely strong or weak.  There are only excuses for the latter.  Fitness should be done progressively and systematically, but does not have to be painful or elicit soreness.
The body is very contusive to change, if one remembers three principles: - specificity, overload and adaptation.
A personal trainer should have an attitude of "If I don't hurt you, I can help you."
