Bio:
His area of expertise is in Strength and Conditioning with an emphasis on Sports Performance and Injury Prevention.  Ethan?s work experience in the performance field is extensive and diverse.  Along with a professional football career that spanned seven years and two world championships he has been a sports performance coach for over a decade.  During that time he has helped hundreds of Olympic, Professional, College, & High School Athletes achieve tremendous performance results.  Including 20 collegiate All-Americans, 3 Olympians (1 Gold medal & 1 world record), over 40 professional baseball players, and numerous professional football players.  Along with his Sports Performance job at SCC, Banning also works s a Sports Performance consultant for office of the commissioner of MLB (major league baseball).

Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology with a emphasis in construction engineering. 
Certification:
CSCS Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)

Motto:
I believe in blending pieces from multiple disciplines into my own hybrid sports performance program, with the emphasis being of Sports Performance.  That said I believe in improving all of my athletes? Agility, Balance, Core Strength, Discipline, Education, and Flexibility, to enhance their performance in the athletic arena, not just in the weight room.  ?God dictated your talent & ability, but you are in control of your strength & conditioning.
