Bio:
Currently, Dave is a faculty member at Scottsdale Community College and serves as Program Director for the Recreation Management Program. He is also the advisor to the Outdoor Adventure Club. Previous to SCC, Dave was Director of Campus Recreation and an Outdoor Education Instructor at Salisbury University in Maryland. Dave is certified in: Gerontology, Wilderness Medical Associates Advanced First Aid, American Red Cross Canoe/Kayaking & Sailing, and is a Leave No Trace Master Teacher.
He and his wife Susan and their four children live in Scottsdale. Dave commutes to campus each day on his bicycle.

 Doctor of Philosophy degree from the University of Maryland, College Park.
