Eligibility Requirements
· All applicants MUST complete and submit the FAFSA application.
· All applicants are required to prove United States citizenship or legal US residency status.
· All applicants must have an in-state residency classification.
· Financial need will be determined through a one on one interview with each applicant.
General Information:
· Each grant will cover a maximum of 13 credits per semester, required texts for courses, course fees, supplies and public transportation; however, no full-time status stipulation will exist.
· Students who have been previously funded for course(s), but have received a failing grade will be encouraged to incorporate the failed course(s) into their current schedule.
Additional Resources:
· First time recipients will be encouraged to attend a one hour, Money Management workshop, others will be evaluated to determine specific needs.
· New student applicants will be encouraged to attend the New Student Orientation.
