The purpose of the Scottsdale Community College Recognition Program is to acknowledge outstanding service and performance of employees in each employee group at the College.
All nominations will be evaluated based on the quality of the nomination and examples of demonstrated excellence in some of the following categories:
- Service to Students
- Service to the College/Service to the District
- Service to the Community
- Professional Excellence
- Service to the Employee Group which Nominee Represents
- Length of Service to the College/Length of Service to the District
- Quality and Professionalism
- Leadership
- Collaboration
- Accountability
- Adaptability
