Non-Credit Classes
Non-credit courses are offered in the fall and spring semesters for those who wish to learn some basics or more advanced culinarians who wish to broaden their skills. Offerings include unique foods classes as well as a new program for understanding special dietary considerations and cooking needs. All courses combine demonstration with hands-on experience in these interactive, reacreational classes. Current listings are seen below and brochures are available in the Culinary Arts office.
