Graduate Success! Local restaurants, hotels, and resorts contact our department continually to hire our students and graduates. Chefs and restaurateurs informour faculty that our Culinary Arts graduates are more fully qualified and possess better work skills and work habits than graduates from many other schools.
Industry Opportunities for our students are found through the full service SCC Career Center that provides resume development, interview training as well as hosting Job Fairs during the school year.
Our students have won more than 17 consecutive gold medals in state culinary arts and bakery/pastry competitions as well as gaining well deserved recognition at the national level winning 3 gold, and 2 bronze medals in culinary arts and baking.
