Registration:

1. Download an application form and reference form.
2. Submit completed application by February 27, 2009 to: Albert Shank, LC-318, 480.425.6701
3. Complete interview.
4. Once accepted, make program payments by the following deadlines:
       - Deposit ($TBD) due: March 18, 2009 
       - Final Balance ($TBD) due: April 17, 2009
   ** If a student cancels after March 27, 2009, a refund is only available for the tuition cost, registration fee and course fee.
5. Attend the mandatory orientation sessions (see below for details).

Please note that both orientations are mandatory for all students. Please plan accordingly.
