IKON is proud to work with Scottsdale Community College to offer its faculty and staff a copying solution to meet their needs. Copying has never been easier and more convenient.  You can now send your copy request electronically from your desk, home, or anywhere else you have Internet access. Simply follow the directions below or call the SCC Helpdesk at (480) 423-6274 to assist you in submitting your requests.

• Begin by connecting to the Internet and then type in the following URL Address:
  helpdesk.maricopa.edu
• Click on Scottsdale Community College
• Click on SCC Copy Center Requests
• Click on Faculty and Staff
• Simply fill out the form.  Fields marked with a checkmark are required.
• Once you have completed the form, click the Submit button at the bottom of the page.

After clicking the Submit button you will be taken to a summary page confirming that your request has been received and providing the ID# assigned to your request.  This page is also where you will attach the document to be copied.

To attach the document:

• Click on "clicking here" at the prompt, "If you would like to attach any documents to this call, continue by clicking here."
• Click Browse to search for the file you wish to attach
• In the File Upload box, change the Files of type field to All Files(*.*) using the arrow to the right of the field
• Using the Look in field, find the file which contains the document to be copied using the arrow to the right of the field
• Double click on the document to be copied
• Click Attach File

You will be taken to a page that will confirm that the document was attached and transmitted successfully.

Acceptable documents that can be submitted for copying to the Copy Center online:

• Currently we can only accept copy requests from faculty and staff for college related business.  The requestor must have a Duplicating Account Number.
• Requests for black and white copies are being accepted. 
•  Only MS Office documents (i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) are acceptable for online copy requests.

Submitted digital documents will be deleted once copies are made.
