The college facilities master plan is a vision for SCC's future.  The upcoming bond election offers the opportunity to revisit that vision and to refine or re-define it as needed.  To provide quality yet cost effective facilities for the community is a challenge that all public entities face.  Through discussions and an interactive process called a "charrette", goals have been identified for the SCC master plan:

• Community outreach
• Student friendly
• Deal with aging buildings and infrastructure
• Address facility/Program needs
• Embrace outdoor environment
• Theme/Character
