We encourage anyone who has requests for M&O services such as: Moving/Removing Furniture, Painting, Repair of Broken Door Locks, Restroom/Plumbing Problems, etc., to use the M&O HelpDesk |

The helpdesk prioritizes each request on a first come basis as they are received, excluding emergency requests which are the exception and take priority. |
| |
All phone requests, email requests, and person to person requests are submitted to the helpdesk by one of the staff members. |
| |
M&O encourages these requesters to use the helpdesk, and save a step.
