Student Final Report Form

• The Student Final Report form is located in the back of the Student Packet. This outline is to be followed when developing the Final Report.
   
• The Student Final Report form should be a compilation of materials that document the Cooperative Education learning experiences.
   
• This report should contain a narrative and support materials that verify attainment of each of the learning objectives that was developed at the first on-site visit. It should also include other information that relates to the job experience and performance while enrolled in Cooperative Education.
   
• The Student Final Report is given to the assigned Faculty Coordinator at the final on-site visit.
