Scientific Name: Sonora semiannulata Temporal Activity: In mild weather can be active day or night, at warmer temperatures they become nocturnal, during winter months they become dormant. Diet: Invertebrates and lizards Predators: Preyed upon by hawks, owls, coyoyes, and ringtails. Breeding: In spring males will fight one another to mate with a female, the female lays up to six eggs in late spring or early summer.
