?Exotic annual in the Goosefoot Family (Chenopodiaceae)
?Stems form a bushy ball that detaches from the ground and rolls around with the wind
?Seeds are spread as it tumbles
?Common names are tumbleweed and wind witch
?Harmful weed that grows out native plant life
?Native to Russia; it was accidentally brought to the U.S. in the1870?s
?Native Americans use seeds and sprouts as greens
