Scientific Name:  Senna covesii
?Native bushy perennial shrub with fine white hairs.
??Buzz? pollinated-vibrations from buzzing shake pollen onto bees.
?Important food source to native butterflies.
?Seedpods sound like rattlesnakes when they rustle-rabbits may hide from predators in this plant.
?Native Americans grind seeds to make a coffee like beverage.
?Grows along roadsides, mesas and rocky slopes.
