The Black Student Union provides a strong support system for the African American students by creating an atmosphere which focuses on promoting the social, cultural, and academic well-being of its African American membership. The BSU assists in educating the entire campus community about the diversity, value and richness of African American culture by providing educational, political and community service programs for students. Membership in the BSU is open to any student regardless of race or nationality.
