The Project Management Team has been meeting over the summer to establish the overall processes work teams will use to define their work product (team charter), report results (meeting minutes template), and define the pathway recommendations will take. This meeting helped to fine-tune the documents these teams will use and define potential pitfalls once recommendations start to flow up to college leadership. Dr. Gehler will appoint a replacement for one of the Goal 2 co-leaders.
